Day Fifteen: a very good reason to be hopeful

It's good for your health to be optimistic. Nuff said. But you know that - that's why you are reading this, right?

I know this to be true after years of experiencing great highs and not so great lows...

I have been at my most productive and creative when I have been optimistic, and have noticed that when I feel cynical and negative - I am pretty much incapable of doing anything useful at all... that includes getting out of bed.

There is no stronger influence over our lives than our own minds outlook... changing it is the trick.
